(Lane 1) Positive control HeLa cells whole cell extract; (Lane 2-3) no inhibition with non-methylated Histone H3 peptide peptide (5 and 10 μg/mL); (Lane 4-5) inhibition with the methylated [MeLys9] Histone H3 peptide (5 and 10 μg/mL). |
